Established in 1983 by Ted Goloboski Jr. as a small family business, Belfast Valley Contractors has successfully evolved to become a leader in the commercial concrete industry. Our headquarters are conveniently located in Baltimore, Maryland and we have completed projects in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, D.C., and Virginia.
As Belfast Valley Contractors moves forward with a second generation, we continue
to expand our operations to better serve our clients throughout the entire
Mid-Atlantic region.

Belfast Valley Contractors is the epitome of professionalism. This is evident in the personalized service administered from the initial bid until the final completion of your project. Our team of highly trained concrete professionals will deliver a completed project, on schedule, of unparalleled quality. We focus our attention on every detail to guarantee your satisfaction. In addition, we take safety very seriously. We boast our own in-house Safety Program and we welcome the opportunity to partner with you to promote your safety program on-site. We maintain a large inventory of shoring equipment and wall forms and their accessories. We also own an impressive fleet of construction equipment that enhances our ability to work efficiently.

Belfast Valley Contractors performs a wide range of commercial concrete services, including but not limited to Post Tension, Specialized Cast-in-Place, Foundations, Walls, Slab on Grade, Slab on Metal Deck, Hambro® Installations, and Tilt-Ups. The scope of of our completed projects varies in size and complexity and includes Universities, Hospitals, Retirement Communities, Office Buildings, Hotels, Condominiums,
Apartment Complexes, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, Transportation Facilities, Parking Garages and Stadium Venues.

Founded in 1950, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association with 79 chapters representing 25,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms with two million employees. ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry. ABC CraftMasters Training Trust

ABC CraftMasters Training Trust offers apprenticeship and construction craft training in 12 trades. The academy's apprenticeship training programs are fully approved and accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Maryland Apprenticeship and Training Council, District of Columbia Apprenticeship and Training Council, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Veterans Administration.
Course curriculums are the standardized "Contren Learning Series" (formerly known as "Wheels of Learning"), which includes classroom instruction and hands-on lab experience. Classes are taught by certified instructors who are professionals in their trade. www.nccer.org.

American Concrete Institute

The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is a nonprofit technical and educational society organized in 1904 and is one of the world's leading authorities on concrete technology. ACI is a forum for the discussion of all matters related to concrete and the development of solutions to problems. ACI conducts this forum through conventions and meetings; the ACI Structural Journal, the ACI Materials Journal, Concrete International, and technical publications; chapter activities; and technical committee work. American Concrete Pumping Association

Building Congress & Exchange

The Building Congress & Exchange of Metropolitan, Baltimore, Inc., with approximately 350 member firms, serves as a meeting ground for Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Subcontractors and support businesses.
