Formwork Inventory Manger

Formwork Inventory Manager Job Purpose: To support field staff by providing materials, equipment, and supplies in a timely and efficient matter in addition to accurate tracking from warehouse to job, job to job and job to warehouse.

Formwork Inventory Manager Job Duties: Superior knowledge of our formwork systems, parts and pieces, included but not limited to Titan and Doka.  Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inventory discrepancies, daily count reports, key in cycle count entries, confirms variances, inventory adjustments, product shortages and monitors inventory moves. Maintain revolving formwork inventory in warehouse and on project sites. Supervise and coordinate material deliveries and returns with project Superintendents and our vendors.

-       Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

-       Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

-       Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

-       Reviews reports daily, investigates and corrects errors

-       Reviews cost of inventory report and balances transactions to inventory on hand.

-       Investigates and corrects discrepancies daily

-        Analyzes demand and generates inventory transfers daily

-       Works with outside carriers and arranges vendor returns

-       Ensure safety and OSHA rules are followed. Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management.
