The 1st floor link of approximately 76,883 SF at Aloft Hotel is a structure that contains 142 hotel rooms, a meeting room, and pool. The 97,923 SF Element Hotel structure contains 147 "extended stay" hotel rooms and a meeting space. Work included footings, walls, 1 level of topping, sitework, stairs, pipe bollards, pads, curbs, backfill, pan stairs and S.O.G.
