Project Information: Construction for BVC began March 2009 and is scheduled for completion in July 2009. BVC’s scope of work consists of footings, Underslab drainage system, single faced walls with and without single and double corbels, walls, columns, slab on grade, 2 levels of structural deck with slab folds, beams and drop panels, topping slabs and site concrete at the courtyard area.

Project Information: The construction of 2 new 7-story buildings, multiple courtyard areas and a parking garage. The 1st floor link of approximately 76,883 SF at Aloft Hotel is a structure that contains 142 hotel rooms, a meeting room, and pool. The 97,923 SF Element Hotel structure contains 147 "extended stay" hotel rooms and a meeting space. Work included installing bond, footings, walls, 1 level of topping, sitework, stairs, pipe bollards, pads, curbs, backfill, pan stairs and S.O.G.

Project Information:BVC constructed two stories of post-tension parking garage with four stories of Hambro above. Additional work included foundations, walls, columns, slab on grade, two stories of post-tension deck with drops and beams and four stories of Hambro.
