Project Information:Started in August 2009, This project consists of wall foundations, spread footers with anchor bolts for steel erection. Several large duct banks at the data center and cast-in-place walls. This structure has tilt-up walls with over 17,000 LF of reveal, approximately 60,000 SF of S.O.G. and extensive site work at the mechanical yard.

Carroll Hospital / Medical Office Building (MOB)

Project Information: This medical office building consists of a 6 story 120,000 square foot building that will connect to Carroll Hospital Center and the Dixon Outpatient buildings. The building will house private physician practices as well as several hospital outpatient services including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Pain, and a Vascular Lab.

Project Information: Arundel Mills Corporate Park, is a mixed-use commercial office park that includes two five-story office buildings. BVC's scope of work for these two 150,000 square foot Class-A "green" office buildings included foundations, walls, S.O.G. and S.O.M.D.
