| Project Information: In addition to constructing the Aloft and Element Hotels (approximately 174,806 SF), BVC built a two level parking garage structure that is 34,844 SF and will provide 118 parking spaces for the hotel complex. Our work included installing bond, footings, columns, walls, S.O.G., 1 level of concrete deck, parapet walls, caps at stairs, curbs at stairs and C.I.P. stairs. | |||||||||
