Project Information: Construct (4) four story retirement buildings with post-tension transfer slabs and wood framing above. Work included foundations, walls, columns, slabs on grade. Each bldg contained one story of post-tension deck with shear rails at the columns.

Project Information: Maris Grove is a retirement community near the intersection of U.S. 1 and U.S. 322 that combines independent living, assisted living and nursing-home care. Opened in October 2006, it already has over 950 residents and is still under construction. BVC's work has consisted of the construction of several multi-story Residential Buildings. All buildings involved footings, walls, Slab on Grade and Hambro, with the exception of RB 2.2, which instead had CIP decks. BRIDGE IS COMPLETED AS OF 2008.
