Beacon Landing

In partnership with Harkins Buildings, this is a redeveloping of the former Hy-Way Motel into the new Beacon Landing. This will be a five-story, mixed-use community that will be Northern Virginia’s larger permanent supporting housing development. Beacon Landing will provide stable housing and wraparound services. It will include structured parking, community spaces, and case management offices.
