The Grandview is to be located on 33 acres in North Bethesda on the grounds of the former Marriott International headquarters. Erickson Senior Living is in the preliminary stages of developing the new community. The proposed community will include up to 1,300 independent living units, 210 assisted living and memory care units, and 50 skilled nursing units with public amenities spaces on ground level.
