The Guardian project, located in downtown Silver Spring Maryland, is converting an existing six story 155,000 square foot office space building into a multi-family apartment complex. It will reposition the building from office to 167 residential units. This complex project will add five stories and a penthouse on top of the existing building. It will also include a private rooftop for residents, a fitness center, and first-floor retail spaces.
