Gables at N Rolfe

Bounded by 14th Street to the north, N. Rhodes Street to the east, Fairfax Drive to the South and N. Rolfe Street to the west. The development involves an exchange of land parcels between Gables Residential and the County that allows for the redevelopment of the entire block. Redevelopment of the 2.17-Acre site with Three Buildings : (2) two residential buildings (Approximately 403,000 SF) that provides 395 residential housing units (39) of which will be committed as affordable units, and a County transitional living facility with (14) Housing units (Approximately 16,500 sf ). Belfast Valley Contractors was successful in being awarded the project, with Hoar construction overseeing the project as the general contractor. The project is striving for a Leeds Gold certification. Belfast Valley Contractors in its award will be responsible for placing just over 23,000 cyd of concrete. To include (3) three levels of a below grade cast in place parking structure, and (2) Towers above the shared parking structure (1) consisting of an "A" Tower Including (9) Levels of Cast in Place Concrete Structural Deck including the Roof deck, and a "B" Tower Including (13) levels of Cast in Place Concrete Structural Decks Including the Roof Deck.
