The Ballad Hotel – Formerly known as Bluff’s Harborview Hotel

Ballad Hotel is a 10 story Hotel/Retail project with 1 level of below grade parking. It consists of over 230,000 square feet that will provide 169 parking spaces, 21,000 SF of retail space, and unique hotel space that provides direct access to downtown Clearwater. This hotel will also feature a restaurant and rooftop bar.
