Formerly the home to the Red Lion Hotel, this site is being transformed into a vibrant residential community. The development will bring in 418 new units to Arlington, VA. We are proud to play a key role in bringing this project to life. Our scope of work includes both restoring the existing parking garage and supporting the construction of the new building adjacent to it. Consisting of 205,000 SF of post-tensioned decks around four levels and over 65,000 SF of slab-on-grade, this will be a large addition to the surrounding area.
